Our customization process consists of the following steps:

Drawing Design & Approval

We design the initial product drawings in accordance with your customization demands for your review and approval.

Sample Fabrication & Testing

Once the customer approves the final product drawings, we will proceed with sample production. Finished samples will be sent to you by courier for testing. Revisions are acceptable until the samples gain your official approval.

Small-Batch Trial Production

After the sample design is finalized, we offer a one-time small-batch trial order ranging from 5 to 500 units. This exclusive service helps customers verify mass production feasibility and mitigate associated risks.

Mass Production

Following successful small-batch trial production, customers shall meet the minimum order quantity of over 1,000 units for customized projects.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

All products undergo rigorous testing prior to shipment to guarantee quality and reliability. Delivery arrangements will be made afterwards.
