H024BQ14I2501 is a 2.4-inch TFT LCD module with a full viewing Angle. This LCD screen adopts an ips panel, with a wide-temperature design that can withstand operating temperatures ranging from -30℃ to +85℃. It has a resolution of 240×320 and an SPI 4-line 14-pin interface. ST7789V Driver IC, 250nit brightness. This 2.4-inch TFT LCD screen is mainly applied in consumer electronic products : including learning machines, electronic photo albums, game consoles, handheld audio and video players, handheld and portable devices : such as portable navigation devices, law enforcement recorders, industrial equipment : PLC controllers, medical instruments: portable ultrasound devices, and other fields
